The 1st jar contained chocolate cookies (see my fascination with chocolate?). DARK belgium chocolate in fact- no cocoa powder was used. I melted dark chocolate to make these gems.
The 2nd jar was filled with chocolate chip cookie- I'm still trying to perfect a deli-style cookie. Alas, even though that was yummy, it wasn't the type I was looking for.
Recently, someone asked if I would consider retailing some of my bakes. Though honored, I'm in 2 minds abt this. Baking is a hobby, an activity that relieves my stress and pent up emotions into the world of tiny cakes and cookies. Well, I guess if ppl continue to ask .... I might consider. Not now though.
