Fudgy Wudgy Chocolate Cookies

I love a good cookie. There is something so calorie worthy in that small treat. Having said that, I have been disappointed before. Cookies that are too flat, too soft and those that tastes like cakes more than a cookie.

I was very attracted to this recipe...because of it's name! Fudgy-wudgy chocolate. In fact, I dare say that I baked that cookie just because I can say that cookie's name "Fudgy Wudgy!"

Fudgy Wudgy Chocolate Cookies  (From The Australian Women's Weekly-Food We Love)

1 tsp of vanilla extract

1 tsp bicarb soda
1/3 cocoa powder
1/2 cup cranberries(was 1/2 cup raisins)
1/2 cup of dark choc bits
1/2 cup of white choc bits

Pre heat oven to 180C. Line cookie trays with baking paper.
Beat butter, sugar and egg till smooth. Fold in sifted flours, soda, cocoa powder, cranberries, nuts n chocolates in batches.
