I made
Tuna patties previously. This is another variation but I also added in chopped onions for that added crunch. Instead of coating the patties one by one with the breadcrumbs, I mixed it all up.
Salmon Patties 3 potatoes (chopped and boiled)
1 can of salmon (boneless and skinless)
1 small chopped onion,
garlic
olive oil
knob of butter/spread
1/2-1 cup of skim milk
3 cups of spicy packaged bread crumbs
1 beaten egg
Mash potato with 1/4 cup of milk and butter. Add more milk as you continue mashing to create the consistency you desire. Fold in a tablespoon or so of crushed garlic, onion and salmon, egg and breadcrumbs mixture. Season with pepper and salt.
Meanwhile, preheat your grill pan to hot with some oil. Shape mixture into palm sized patties. Grill it for 3-4 minutes.
Bean Salad1 can of white beans
1 avocado
lemon juice
1 chopped tomato
salt n pepper
Drain white beans. Mix bean with avocado, lemon juice, tomato pieces and seasoning. Serve with patties!

Looks great! I added mayo while mixing tha patties, also good.
I am just planning to make some patties this week. Salmon was a choice. Although most likely it will be corned beef as my little one does not like fish. And worse, she dislikes potatoes. So it's a lose-lose situation.
I made tuna patties long time ago. Suddenly you made me miss Ayam brand tuna! I usually used that to make my patties :D
