I was slightly surprised by how generous the company was. We were served oysters when we arrived. Free flow of alcohol. Appetizer was smoked chicken on a bed of vermicelli with orange jus. Choice of mains- fillet of beef with baked potato stack or Dill crusted salmon (which was what I had). Desserts- yummy petit fours with coffee/tea. Ah, it was great moving on the dance floor too! =)
