Laksa Fried Noodles

Who says Laksa paste is only for making Laksa? I read from Singairishgirl that we can use Laksa paste for fried rice, and thought hey, if we can use it for fried rice, surely we can use it for fried noodles?

Hence Laksa Fried Noodles was born.

A very quick and simple dish, just remember to dilute the laksa paste with some warm water as the noodles soak up the flavours really quickly!

Laksa Fried Noodles
250 grams noodles of your choice
garlic
1 cup of dried mushrooms hydrated
8 Imitation crab sticks
1 cup of prawns or shrimps
2 eggs
1 packet of laksa paste

Fried Shallots for ganish.

Soak noodles in hot water. Heat wok with oil and stir fry garlic till fragrant. Fry paste till fragrant and add in chopped dried mushrooms, crab sticks and seafood. Add noodles in.. Don't forget your eggs. Serve with fried shallots.

Dishing this out for Pasta Presto! Created by Ruth from Once Upon a Feast and hosted by Pam of Sidewalk Shoes!

This is a great idea! I always have a little bit left in the jar which is not quite enough to make soup laksa. Congratulations on your upcoming wedding, here's wishing you both lots of joy, love and happiness in your new life together!
